2. Sales & Purchases

  • All artworks are sold directly by PARKER Contemporary on behalf of the represented artist.

  • Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • As a small business, PARKER Contemporary does not charge GST.

  • Payment must be made in full before collection or delivery of any artwork.

  • Ownership of artworks transfers to you once payment is received in full.

3. Shipping & Collection

  • Artworks can be collected from the gallery or shipped to your nominated address.

  • Shipping costs, insurance, and any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We take great care in packaging artworks, but PARKER Contemporary is not liable for damage or loss once an item is in transit.
