In Circulation presents a select group of artists shaping PARKER Contemporary’s upcoming program. Featuring material-led practices, the exhibition previews ideas and approaches set to animate the gallery in the second half of the year.
Circulation is considered here as both a material and a social process, tracing how works, ideas, and practices move between artists, audiences, and collectors. Across the exhibition, artists work with touch, pressure, repetition and transformation to reveal the continued importance of material-led practice as a site of experimentation, conceptual enquiry and contemporary exchange.
Rather than presenting a single thematic conclusion, the exhibition opens a field of connections between artists and forthcoming projects. It marks the beginning of a new season for the gallery, bringing collectors and audiences into closer exchange with the practices that will define PARKER Contemporary’s upcoming exhibitions, fairs and presentations.
